Culture Studio is Hiring a Key Account Manager Near Chicago, IL

The Key Account Manager position is an exciting blend of account/project management and sales at our Chicago headquarters location. The Account Manager is truly the Heartbeat of the company. This position is the nucleus between the client and the production. Our purpose is to empower the client to continue growing their business and leave the print management up to the professionals. Culture Studio is seeking a progressive-thinking and creative-minded individual to join the Culture team. This individual will be working closely with clients and being the "Go-To' person from within the company. From inputting purchase orders to sourcing garments, and overall fulfillment, the account manager will be in communication every step of the way. 

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, providing them guidance through each step of the order, including garment check-in, art approval, printing, shipping, and tracking
  • Provide hands-on, end-to-end management of all scheduling, quality control, and monitoring of projects, ensuring consistent communication to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for prioritization of projects based on deadlines
  • Partner with the Sales team to anticipate potential blockers
  • Develop and foster relationships with clients and vendors
  • Forecast production and own your orders through the entire pipeline
  • Provide daily status reports of current projects
  • Upsell services and products 
  • Work with sales, art, and production to come up with product pitches to help grow relationships and always offer cool new ideas.

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 Years Experience in account or project management
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Must enjoy interacting with clients and uphold the CS experience with customer service is our #1 priority
  • Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to communicate with all levels of management ­internally and externally and occasionally with client
  • 2 Years of Music Industry experience is strongly preferred
  • 1 Years in a sales or customer-facing related role

  • Previous experience in the screen printing industry
  • Previous experience in the promotional industry
  • Spreadsheet Knowledge
  • Comfortable with G-suite programs
