HOW YOU’LL BE CONTRIBUTING: Conceptualize visual design solutions that maintain the consistency of the Ampersand brand across various channels Bring creativity and attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines Uphold our graphic aesthetic, maintain quality of work produced and contribute creatively to the department Help build templates that drive adoption of the design system for slides, websites, social media apparel, marketing materials, videos, motion graphics and event spaces Act as a co-lead on some projects, from conception to delivery, directing the work of peers while participating as a hands-on creative Execute corporate design projects for all divisions Work with trends in advertising design, digital and marketing. May perform other duties as needed WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE: BFA/BA in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related field 3-4 years of professional design experience Possess a strong (online) portfolio that demonstrates versatility and a broad range of design knowledge and skills A love of typography with exceptional attention to detail An ability to simplify complex data into easy to digest visuals including the ability to create charts and other vector graphics Ability to bring original solutions for presentations and sales materials Proficent in industry programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint and Slack; knowledge of HTML, Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, Figma or Sketch is a plus.
