The team you’ll work with

The mission of the customer success team is to drive value and manage the health of our customers. You’ll join a growing CS team to help build out our Customer Success functionality as we scale and expand engagement with our customer base. 

The impact

You’ll have the opportunity to help build our Customer Success strategies that focus on scale as we drive value for Amperon’s growing customer base. You will have a direct impact on net dollar retention and the overall financial health of Amperon. You’ll have the opportunity to manage a book of accounts and be responsible for helping to unlock value and identifying upsell opportunities.

The problems you’ll solve

As a member of the CS team you’ll gain an understanding of the customers’ business needs, as well as Amperon's forecasting models and products, to help deliver value and meet success criteria for our customers. Some of the problems you’ll solve include:

  • Build ongoing relationships with clients leading to renewals and upselling of products. 
  • Lead customer onboarding projects. 
  • Help build out proactive engagement processes.
  • Integrate customer tools that will allow for scale.
  • Manage and escalate customer feedback and concerns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a clean handoff from prospect to client.
  • Become a power user of our platform, which provides electricity load forecasts and settlement analytics, to enable our clients to maximize their use of our platform to manage their wholesale positions and mitigate risk.

You may be a fit for this role if

You have at least 3 years of customer success experience in the energy/electricity industry or B2B markets. Experience managing a book of clients and proven track record of retaining and growing accounts.
