Purpose: Responsible for driving the implementation and commercialization of business unit strategy across product lines and channels.

Requirements:
- 10 years of US sales leadership experience in industrial sales
- Self-starter, action oriented, and inspiring leader driving hands-on attitude.
- Excellent communication, negotiations, and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analysis with ability to create robust countermeasures.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stake holders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or technical related field, MBA preferred.
- Strong computer skills and experience is MS office software, and CRM softwares (i.e. salesforce.com).
- Must be able to work in the US.
- Must have valid US driver’s license.
- Travel 50-75%.
