Inbound Sales Representative
Amigos Tutoring, a leading K-12 tutoring company, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers, explaining our services, and booking appointments for tutoring sessions. This position is ideal for high school seniors or college freshmen/sophomores who possess exceptional communication skills, sales acumen, and a passion for helping students succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads received via phone, email, and social media platforms
- Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and explain our tutoring services effectively
- Follow up with leads to provide additional information and schedule appointments for tutoring sessions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Continuously learn and stay updated on our tutoring programs, procedures, and industry trends
- Opportunity for monthly, quarterly, and yearly bonuses based on performance
Requirements:
- High school senior or college freshman/sophomore
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to explain procedures clearly
- Strong sales aptitude and the ability to persuade and close deals
- Comfortable working with inbound leads and making outbound follow-up calls
- Availability to work weekdays from 2:45pm to 8:15pm
