As a Front Office Coordinator / Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic and customer-focused team. The Front Office Coordinator plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

This role involves managing front desk operations, administrative tasks, and supporting various departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will also be responsible for contributing to the company's sales goals by assisting customers via phone and in-office in finding and purchasing products and services that meet their needs while delivering exceptional service.

This position requires a proactive and outgoing individual who is passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.

Duties will be primarily performed at the AMG Aesthetics office with coverage as needed at the AMG Medical office.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement :

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Ensure timely and accurate check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Schedule appointments, confirm patient information, and update electronic medical records.
  • Manage phone calls, respond to inquiries, and address patient concerns or complaints.
  • Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and assistance.

Product Knowledge :

  • Stay informed about services and products including indications, benefits, and specifications.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of Aesthetic and Regenerative Medicine industry trends and competitors' products and services.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding merchandise, products and Regenerative Spa services.

Sales :

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic payments, and keeping daily records.

Visual Merchandising :

  • Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing store layout.
  • Participate in product displays and promotions to attract customer attention.
  • Ensure that products are adequately stocked and labeled.

Team Collaboration :

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall MedSpa Practice Sales targets.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to share customer insights and improve sales strategies.
  • Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • Perform above duties when needed for our sister practice, AMG Medical.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent as a minimum.
  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
