Starting Range for this position - $68,819.78 to $86,024.73, actual starting pay will depend on experience.

The Position:
AmeriCU Credit Union is in search of an Financial Center Manager who aligns directly with our mission to provide our members with the right financial services to live life, dream big, and achieve financial success, and our vision to be the most admired organization in every community we serve. The person in this role will lead, direct and supervise all daily Financial Center sales operations and staff within established policies and guidelines that support and further the goals of the credit union and the strategic objectives.
What You’ll Do:
As the Financial Center Manager of the North Utica Financial Centeryour primary responsibilities will include:
  • Greet members and staff in a professional and enthusiastic manner that embraces the MVP-1 Team culture.
  • Build and maintain a service, sales, and member relationship-building culture.
  • Actively train and coach staff to look for opportunities to refer and sell products and services, and to build and expand member relationships.
  • Monitor the required number of sales and/or referrals for products and services staff achieves.
  • Assist and supervise the training of all personnel.
  • Hold regularly scheduled sales meetings with Financial Center personnel.
  • Actively manage staff to meet or exceed Financial Center goals as well as promote service, sales, and member relationship expanding behavior.
  • Update staff on production of goals tied to the Balanced Scorecard that supports KPI’s.
  • Recognize and reward top performers at sales meetings and share monthly results with staff.
  • Stay abreast of application implementation actions (Synapsys) as they are communicated and ensure staff is informed of the information. Applications include but are not limited to Symitar, Synapsys, Outlook, Enterprise, etc.
