The Digital Marketing Associate will:
Assist with the development and implementation of member and non-member engagement using digital tools including, but not limited to, email marketing, website marketing, targeted digital campaigns, and paid digital advertising. The Digital Marketing Associate should have an understanding of digital marketing techniques and be able to assist with execution and measuring strategies using analytics and dashboards.

Assist with the development and implementation of member and non-member engagement using digital tools including, but not limited to, email marketing, website marketing, targeted digital campaigns, and paid digital advertising. The Digital Marketing Associate should have an understanding of digital marketing techniques and be able to assist with execution and measuring strategies using analytics and dashboards.
What you will do: As a Digital Marketing Associate Temp your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the day-to-day management of website content and updates, measuring page and campaign traffic using GA4 and other tools. Assist with exploring and developing a better web user experience and explore new ways to use the website as a sales and engagement tool. Coding knowledge is helpful.
- Assist with Email Marketing Automation by working with the Marketing team, and the input of internal stakeholders, to develop e-mails and strategies to help nurture and lead members and non-members through sales funnels. Assist with creating targeted messages, engaging, and tracking members using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement. Help maintain e-mail lists and ensure that messaging is up-to-date and accurate. Help develop website landing pages to obtain sales leads and develop cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist with digital advertising strategies via several channels including web, ATM screens, digital signs, online banking platforms, and more.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using live dashboards and analytics.
- Conduct market research and watch for consumer trends to help identify new opportunities.
- Support the creation of engaging content for digital marketing initiatives, including SEO strategies.
- Work closely with marketing leadership to prioritize deliverables, manage requests, and meet appropriate timelines on projects.
- Aids and represents the Marketing division, as appropriate, in communicating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
