You will work closely with our marketing and lead validation teams on building new products and adding features to current ones.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in developing, QA, and releasing products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
• Demonstrated success in managing agile software development.
• In-depth knowledge of contemporary software development methods and tools.
• Ability to use data to gain product insights, validate risk, and demonstrate those risks and insights in a meaningful way.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and user experience design teams to develop modern solutions for our core business.
• This person will participate in defining and communicating strategy as well as day-to-day decisions regarding product development and product releases.
• Help define product strategy with clear, supportable objectives and long-term vision that align with strategic priorities.
• Demonstrated experience with modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis.
• Experience conducting user research and testing to understand needs.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Must be fluent in Russian (reading, writing, and speaking).

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

This role is designated hybrid, and candidates must be within a commutable distance of our Irvine, CA office. This role is exempt salary and pays $90,000-$120,000, plus bonus. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.
