About your Role:

As our Administrative Assistant, you will be the first impression for AmericanWork with our clients and community partners. This position is sensitive to the diverse and special needs of our clients and communicates professionally and effectively orally and in writing. Our Administrative Assistant performs office management and clerical duties, ensures front desk coverage, provides scheduling and report assistance to staff, and handles mail correspondence.

• Weekday office-based position
• Stability and growth working for a national agency

• High School diploma/GED
• Preferred:
  • 2 or more years’ office based administrative experience
  • 1 year or more experience working in a human services or behavioral health setting preferred
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR);
• Clean Criminal Back Ground Check (no conviction or credible evidence of abuse, neglect, or sexual exploitation-child or adult)
