AWG has partnered with Woodland warehouse who is looking to staff a detail-oriented candidate for their front desk position.

The perfect candidate would have experience working multi-line phones, be skilled with computers, proficient in Microsoft Office, and be ready to hit the ground running!

Description of Admin Assistant :

• Receiving and responding to emails in a timely manner.
• Working with Office and Excel.
• Scanning & filing

Details of Admin Assistant :

• 7 : 30am – 4 : 00pm
• Monday – Friday
• Temp to Hire
• Pay - $18.00 per hour

Requirements and Quali fications of Admin Assistant :

• Multi line phones
• Proficient in office tasks
• MUST be detail oriented
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Some background restrictions

Physical Requirements of Admin Assistant :

• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
