Texas Claims Administrative Assistant - (Work from Home, but applicant must live and perform the work within the greater Dallas, TX area)

Schedule/Hours: Full-Time; Monday - Friday; 8 hours per day 5 days per week

Must be able to utilize computer technology to manage high account volumes and provide service with a friendly, professional demeanor. The successful candidate will need to pass pre-employment screenings. This is currently a work-from-home position. Candidate must have reliable, high-speed internet and suitable working environment. Candidates must reside and work within the greater Dallas, TX area. Drug free workplace. No weekends. EOE.

Responsibilities:

Employee will be responsible for handling of automotive repossession claims. Main responsibilities include reviewing calls on claims hotline, initiating customer claims over phone, managing document request submissions from customers and obtaining statements from tow companies. Cross-training will include logging of claims in database and client claim log entries.
