Food handlers cardDuties and Responsibilities:• Open and close the restaurant as needed with attention to all the small details, setting the example for all staff and inspecting the work of the opening and closing service team members• Be an excellent communicator with the service team both at daily “Line Up” and throughout the shift• Be on the floor ensuring service excellence from every position in the restaurant• Engage guests to create memorable experiences, lasting relationships and to create the connectivity to allow for feedback and critique.• Interview and hire new service and support staff with the assistance of HR manager• Train all new service and support staff using a robust training package that is dynamic and regularly updated• Support, coach and institute corrective action measure as needed to ensure all employees are representing the needs and best practices of the restaurant with the guidance of HR department• Develop new initiatives and continue ask the question “how can we be better?”• Ensure service team is actively “selling” offerings of the restaurant• Knowing, understanding and leading the restaurant service team towards our goals for GCA, sales, Openable notes/usage • Assist the GM in responding to all negative reviews or issues • Ensure a clean and safe restaurant environment for all guests and staff • Maintains “Ambiance” and “Vibe” of restaurant with careful attention to music, lighting, warmth and perimeter area cleanliness• Ensures overall quality of experience through careful inspection of quality of products both beverage and foodPerks The Patio Group Offers:Competitive Pay Paid Sick Time for PT and FTDiscounted Employee Meals When You WorkOpportunity for Growth and Advancement25% off at all our Restaurants for Friends and FamilyWe look forward to meeting you!!
