The Lafayette Hotel is looking for an Assistant General Manager to oversee Quixote, a Oaxacan inspired mezcaleria inside The LaFayette Hotel.

We need a leader that can guide our 60 person crew into service with intelligence and humanity. Through the good days where everything is in sync, as well as the soul-crushing nights where you can’t seem to get out of the weeds. A leader who understands that the only way through is to take care of each other and our guests.

We’re fortunate enough to have cultivated strong community support and are honored by the guests we serve daily. However, with that support comes many challenges to overcome; this role requires a base level of technical prowess and operational sophistication. You must be comfortable being a multi-disciplinary thinker and doer and be enough of a numbers person to keep the finances upright.
