Requirements of the Director of Building Services/Maintenance-Nursing Home:
- Must have experience as a Director of Building Services in a skilled nursing setting
- Must have experience overseeing maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry
·Must possess the knowledge necessary for accomplishing repairs/ maintenance on systems and buildings
·Understands the practices surrounding proper handling of biohazardous waste
- Must have excellent leadership skills
