A nonprofit organization in New York City is actively seeking a driven and diligent professional to join their staff as their new Building Director.
Responsibilities
The Building Director will:

• Ensure effective property management and day-to-day operations
• Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the physical site while also ensuring effective administration of rent activities, subsidy management, leasing, legal actions, tenant relations, and social service delivery
• Ensure quality services for the building and its residents
• Deal with tenants in a positive, sensitive, and knowledgeable manner

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of experience
• Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
