Job Summary:
American Leak Detection of Nashville, TN is looking for a service-oriented worker with a positive attitude to join our team to provide prompt, professional, and superior service to all customers. We are looking for someone that has experience within the plumbing field. Knowledge of plumbing terminology is preferred. 

Base Salary:

  • Starting pay is between $18-$21 per hour DOE
  • Potential advancement opportunities 

Job Type:

Full time- Year round

Schedule:

Monday-Friday

Position includes:

  • Hourly pay

In the job you’ll be asked to:

  • Answer service calls and accurately record information from customers in an electronic database
  • Provide professional and courteous services to all customers
  • Assist in updating daily schedules and calendars
  • Set schedule for leak detections, service calls, and repairs
  • Prepare work orders and if needed distribute to technicians
  • Dispatch service orders and relay messages via phone, email, text messages, or other communication devices
  • Handle customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representatives’ knowledge, forward to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff
  • Contact customers to assess customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and file invoices and documents, and compose correspondence as requested

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or College Education
  • Experience with administrative/clerical work within the plumbing industry, preferred
  • 2 years prior customer service experience in an office setting
  • Dispatching experience 
  • Salesforce or QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Apps, etc.
  • Veterans from all branches are highly desired & encouraged to apply
