Responsibilities

This role, within the dynamic American Heart Association International department, helps drive sales of the resuscitation training portfolio targeting in-hospital and pre-hospital healthcare providers around the world.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for program marketing of the Association and Resuscitation Quality Improvement Partners (RQIP) Alliance Portfolio (including RQI, HeartCode, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program), as well as RQIP international markets.

The primary focus is on program launch coordination, positioning, education, sales enablement, demand generation, and customer impact success. Working cross-functionally with sales leadership, product development teams and partners, the ideal candidate has international experience, an analytical attitude, and a strong healthcare marketing background.

  • Coordinate with and between the Association and RQIP to coordinate resuscitation marketing programs to achieve business goals. Works with the Association business development role for resuscitation integration within the Association marketing strategy
  • Integrates in cross-functional product development team for Association resuscitation products
  • Coordinate the launch and communication of new programs - This includes the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, launch execution, and coordination with all American Heart Association international regions. This will include integration in global conference calendar and travel
  • Drive market campaigns and activities for the existing portfolio – Generate and nurture leads, acquire and maintain customers, to reach International Training Center (ITC) & subscriber goals for the Alliance Resuscitation portfolio for the Association international regions
  • Develop marketing collateral, content, and tools - For the promotion, sales, and support of the Alliance Resuscitation portfolio into responsible regions
  • Provide training and support - To the International Sales channels and ensure readiness to successfully sell
  • Develop & coordinate digital marketing - Develop and deliver activities such as webinars, social media, digital advertisement, and email campaigns
  • Support localization – Including materials (flyers, presentations, etc.) and repurpose content developed by RQI Partners, the Association, and other partners
  • Track and measure marketing channel performance - To ensure efficiency and return on investment
  • Coordinate international Communication with the Association Communications staff – To the Association ITC’s & Distributors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Background Degree in relevant subject - e.g. business or marketing. Digital content management, strategy, and business development
  • Five (5) – Eight (8) years of related experience
  • International work experience
  • Strong social skills and cultural awareness
  • Marketing and communications experience
  • Experience using digital Marketing and Sales platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Bilingual (English and additional language(s) required)
  • Ability to travel up to 10% and overnight stay

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in healthcare field or hospital market
  • MS Office Products - Word, Excel, PPT
