Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is customer-focused, bilingual, and has a background in wireless sales.
Duties:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the business
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding performance
- Lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and product knowledge
- Conduct price checks and ensure accurate pricing of products
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Interview, hire, and train new employees
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the wireless industry
- Bilingual proficiency in [languages]
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Training development experience is a plus
