Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Manager in overseeing daily activities and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist the Manager in managing and supervising staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular audits
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support the Manager in implementing company policies and procedures
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process as needed
- Assist in training and development of new employees
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating and inspiring team members

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Bilingual proficiency (preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Previous experience in wireless sales (preferred)
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Training development experience to ensure staff is knowledgeable about products and services
- Price management skills to ensure accurate pricing of merchandise
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates for employment
