Job Summary:

• Supports property managers by helping to manage and maintain new/existing customer relations. Duties to include advanced, diversified secretarial duties requiring a high degree of interpersonal skills as well as independent judgement and discretion.
• Answers telephones, routes callers, takes messages, and provides routine information to callers.
• Coordinate and schedules property managers' appointments; maintains and updates supervisors' daily calendar.
• Enters and/or retrieves data from computer systems used for management duties.
• Helps to organize sometimes private and/or confidential documents necessary for bringing on new customers.
• Compiles documents and data for regularly scheduled or special reports, analyses and statements.
• Responds to routine inquiries as needed for property managers.
• Coordination of tenant move ins and move outs.
• Prepares daily/weekly reports relating to property management metrics and tracking.
• Effectively manage relationships with new and existing customers. Must communicate effectively with individuals from different walks of life.
• Basic knowledge of accounting
• Basic knowledge of maintenance
• General clerical duties to support property managers.
• Other Duties, as may be assigned

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Intermediate computer skills including email, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Customer first approach
• Effective communication skills
• Self Starter
• Attention to Detail
• Organizational Skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Advertising/Marketing Background (Preferred not required)
• Real Estate Experience (Preferred not required)
