Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Sales Manager in driving sales and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of retail math.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide guidance and support to sales representatives in achieving their targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Assist in the development of pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
