American Bolt Corporation is looking for a Inside Sales Account Manager to join our inside sales-construction team. Are you a strong inbound and outbound sales account manager? This Inside Sales Account Manager position offers a competitive starting annual salary between $55,000 - $58,000 and a full benefit package. This inside sales position does have a variable compensation structure as well, based on profit plan achievement, in the form of a quarterly bonus opportunity. This position is also eligible for American Bolt's profit sharing bonus structure!
QUALIFICATIONS
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time inside sales position will train in the office for the first 90 days. There will be an opportunity for a hybrid, work-from-home schedule after fully trained - 2 days/week work from home, 3 days/week in the office. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm.

You have sales funnel knowledge along with computer skills in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook. You have the ability to listen and identify solutions for customers, and are proactive. You can handle rejection, and have a "find a way" mentality in sales.
