Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Creation of project plans for new materials and content development
• Manage day-to-day details for all language production audio projects, tracking daily tasks, weekly priorities, and critical milestones.
Proactively work with the project team and vendors to ensure that tasks are completed on time, within scope. Act as liaison between TH team and vendors, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including producers, sound engineers, post-production, typesetter, editors, translators, international ministry partners.
Manage the catalog of Trauma Healing Institute assets, insuring it is up to date, versioning and changes are communicated to stakeholders, and licensing for translation/contextualization and distribution is being supported
• Detailed project and file management of each material production, including library maintenance, database hygiene, and materials auditing
• Manage Restoring Hope team’s licensing and translation processes in partnership with ABS stakeholders
• Ensure all materials move through the process to completion and publishing, ensuring accessibility for appropriate audiences (Beacon, website, Bibles.com, etc.)
Support materials and program stewardship and development
Manage day-to-day details and processes for ongoing program development, tracking daily tasks, weekly priorities, and critical milestones
• Ensure action items and info sheets on Monday boards are up to date
• Lead meetings, capture notes and action items and share with the team
• Schedule, coordinate, and audit stakeholder meetings, as needed
Keep the communication plan up to date

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Passion for the Bible cause and its ability to impact lives
• Fervent belief in the mission of the American Bible Society
• 3 years of professional project management experience
• PMP or other relevant project management certification required
• Strong competence in understanding today’s technology trends, specifically with system automation and AI
• Extensive knowledge and experience of Monday.com or other PM software (Trello, Jira, Basecamp, Miro, Asana, ClickUp).
• Collegial working style, interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact appropriately and effectively with all levels of staff
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented with appropriate organization and prioritizations of day-to-day and long-term tasks
• Experience with Christian organizations/ministries
• Ability to work effectively with both co-located and distributed teams
• Highly self-motivated, initiative-taker, excellent self-manager
• Cross-cultural experience preferred
Experience with curricula development, graphic design, and/or publishing appreciated

Location

• Local/hybrid candidates preferred (2 days a week in office—mandatory Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
