Noblis is Hiring a Remote Project Manager

Responsibilities

Noblis MSD is seeking a Project Manager to lead technical projects for NSWCPD programs. The project manager shall be responsible for:

1. The facilitation and execution of technical projects to deliver quality products and services to NSWCPD and other Navy clients

2. Provide task management to include requirements development, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, and deliverable submissions.

3. Provide technical expertise and project management directly to clients for the development of Systems Engineering Process (SEP) products and documentation; as well as the develpment of other technical documentation such as Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Ship Change Documents (SCDs).

4. Make recommendations to improve standard practices, procedures and tools.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering, Business, or related degree. related experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Preference for related requisite technical experience on Navy prorgams.

10 years of professional experience.

Familiarity and understanding of U.S. Navy programs and organizations; preferably Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) programs.

Demonstrated ability to manage project status to include cost, schedule, and technical deliverables.

Effective communication skills both written and verbal; ability to interpret and communicate technical requirements.

Candidate shall possess an active Secret security clearance

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.

Posted Salary Range

USD $109,100.00 - USD $190,900.00 /Yr.
