- Collaborate closely with the heads of Video Production, Graphic Design, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Manage the end-to-end logistics of video and graphic projects, from inception to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Prepare detailed project outlines and production schedules.
- Gather, organize, and categorize relevant information, including creative assets, feedback, and project briefs, to streamline workflows and enhance departmental efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Game Presentation, Digital Media, Sales, Communications, Corporate Partnerships, and Content Creation, to ensure alignment and collaboration on shared initiatives.
- Implement and maintain project management tools and systems [ASANA] to track progress, monitor resource allocation, and identify areas for optimization.
- Proactively identify potential risks, obstacles, or bottlenecks in project timelines and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Propose solutions to gaps in existing processes & technologies.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement within the department.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within a creative or marketing environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of video production and graphic design processes and terminology is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
