As a Regional MDS Coordinator (RN) with American Baptist Homes of the Midwest, you will coordinate and oversee the full collaborative, interdisciplinary assessment, and care planning process in your assigned facilities; You'll need to be knowledgeable and in tune to the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) requirements; and encourage each resident's ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

• Pay from $100,000-$110,000 based on experience
• This position supports two locations in the Denver, CO area, with possibility to take on additional locations in the future.
• Flexible, hybrid work arrangement; we anticipate you will work onsite 1-2 days a week, and remotely the remainder of your time.

What You Need:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; current, unencumbered Colorado or compact state Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Two (2) years Long Term Care experience required
• prior experience with MDS assessments required
• Must have familiarity with ICD-10 coding
• Must reside in the Denver, CO area.
