Looking for bilingual (Spanish, English) customer service rep for our inbound call center. No sales involved. America's Call Center is a Jacksonville based, 37-year-old, 24/7 inbound customer service call center located in the Baymeadows area. We answer for a number of inbound clients including:

• Medical Offices
• IT Help Desk
• Government
• Retail Product Support
• Order Processing
• and More

A good, clear voice in both Spanish and English and customer service skills are a must including a good knowledge of the Internet and other computer programs. You will be required to pass spelling, grammar, and comprehension test with 80% or better. There is also a typing test. Drug test and criminal background screening is mandatory. We are looking for 2nd shift talent (3 PM to 11 PM). This is full time, 40 hours a week, 5 day work week. You will be working most weekends with days off during the week. Start at $17.50 per hour.
