We are looking for a Manager, Investor Relations to assist leadership in building and maintaining strong relationships with the investment community, shareholders, analysts, and ownership. This role will be involved in shaping and executing the investor relations strategy, communicating the Company's financial performance, business strategy, quarterly results, and long-term value proposition to external financial constituents.

What You'll Do

The Manager will play a key role in developing the tools and systems to deliver a consistent investment message. They will work with leadership to monitor opinions, insight & intelligence coming from the investment community and communicate the feedback to management. Specific duties may include:

Executing and maintaining the investor relations strategy

• Define and execute the program, aligned with corporate goals and objectives; adapting it as needed, utilizing various financial models, tools, and metrics for comprehensive analysis and competitive assessment
• Partner with and advise corporate finance teams on critical data extracts in support of the Company’s equity story and growth strategy that resonate with investment community
• Develop policies for gathering data and communicating relevant data with the Board and other stakeholders
• Create a compelling narrative that conveys the investment thesis and equity story of the Company to investors, potential investors and analysts
• Understand and be able to articulate the Company’s strategic decisions, and how they impact valuation
• Annual planning/budget process coordination with Finance teams

Communication and collaborate with leadership, ownership and analysts

• Develop communication plans that showcase the Company's financial performance and growth prospects aligning with the strategy
• Recommend best practices to promote the business interests and encourage further investment
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial media
• Prepare & deliver timely, transparent and accurate financial and business updates, including quarterly earnings releases, conference calls, investor presentations, and annual reports
• Consult with management about how new initiatives or business development may affect shareholder relationships; Share valuable information about the investment community’s perception or public opinion about the Company
• Prepare quarterly competitive benchmark analysis

Corporate governance and compliance

• Assist in the production of annual reports, SEC filings, and proxy statements and work with internal communications and legal in preparation and presentation of ESG impact report
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements, disclosure obligations, and best practices in investor relations and ensure the Company is compliant working with legal and finance teams to enforce compliance

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelors degree in finance or business; advanced degree and/or CFA preferred; along with 5 years of relevant experience, including investor relations and financial communications. Qualified candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, and capital markets. Other qualifications include: 

• Understanding of SEC regulations, stock exchange rules, and corporate governance practices
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear and compelling messages
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and media
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the organization and senior executives
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information
• Candidates should reside in the New York City area and be available for frequent in-person meetings

• Salary range $140,000 - $200,000 depending on experience
