In this role, you will support Teza's investor relations and business development team in growing the firm's asset management business and serving its existing investor base. Support Investor Relations, Accounting, and fund administrator teams in the production and publication of regular investor reporting
Work closely with the business development team in all aspects of client retention and fundraising
Serve as the primary contact for different internal teams at Teza: investment, operations, legal and compliance
Upkeep of the firm's CRM system,, performance databases and other team collateral
Walk investors through the subscription process, ensuring that their questions are answered in a timely and complete manner, via both phone and email.
Collaborate with fund administrators to ensure that all investor documentation (e.g. subscription agreements, relevant AML/KYC documents) - and wire transfers are received on time.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor Degree in a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Strong English language skills (reading, writing, speaking)
Strong project management skills
Impeccable personal and professional integrity, including the ability to handle highly sensitive information with appropriate discretion
High level of attention to details (from emails to documentation)
Nice To Have Requirements
Experience in administrative jobs or internships

Compensation The anticipated salary for this role lies between $70,000 and $100,000. When finalizing the total compensation package, we take into the account previous experience and skills the candidate brings to the position.
