Job Description This position is responsible for the strategy, direction, development, implementation, administration, and compliance of our compensation, health and welfare benefits and retirement programs, international relocation, and executive equity plans. The role of this person is full commitment to excellence in OHSE and Quality. The goal is to protect and promote the environment, health and safety of all employees and the community in which we operate. Principal Accountabilities - Compensation - Analyze the competitiveness of our compensation programs related to benchmark/market data for the manufacturing industry. Develop key metrics that will be used to ensure the business group maintains alignment with the Amcor Compensation Philosophy.
- Analysis of internal pay alignment with external hiring practices. Establish processes to ensure pay for performance and compensation systems are appropriately aligned, executed and communicated.
- Provide leadership with respect to pay for performance guidelines, compensation management training to drive an outperformance culture.
- Ensure the current Hay Compensation system is consistently utilized. This includes the job evaluation process, salary structure and organizational structure. Monitors regularly to ensure structure maintain alignment.
- Manage the salary planning process including but not limited to design, timelines, management approval, and merit budget process recommendations.
- Administer and manage all variable pay programs (MIP, FIP, LTIP and EMIP).
- Manage the corporate relocation program and service provider relationship.
- Any other projects, assignments as requested by management.
Principal Accountabilities - Benefits - Monitors health and welfare benefit plans to assure that they are meeting quality, cost and employee satisfaction objectives.
- Recommends benefit plan design changes; implements changes upon approval, through consultation and negotiation with external vendors.
- Manages the compliance and administration of company's retirement programs - 401(k) Plan, retirement savings plan.
- Acts as participant in preparing ERISA and IRS compliance programs and reports.
- Manages company wellness programs in support of overall long term health care strategy.
- Manage projects related to benefits and non-qualified benefit plans, upon request.
- Any other projects, assignments as requested by management.

External Qualifications/Requirements Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Finance background as it relates to compensation and benefits is required.
- At least 7-10 years of progressive experience in managing Compensation, Retirement Plans and Benefits plans and systems.

- Analytical skills: Ability to compile, evaluate and make recommendations based on complex information a must.

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to hold, touch, feel and manipulate with hands product and equipment in a safe manner. Manual dexterity is required.
