Ambra Restaurant Group is Hiring an Assistant manager Near Philadelphia, PA
Southwark and Ambra, located in Queen Village, are looking to hire for the position of assistant manager. We are looking for a person who has extensive beverage knowledge, strong understanding of service styles from fine dining to upscale casual and proven leadership skills.
This position will require you to work hands on with owners to oversee operations. Ideal candidate will be comfortable taking direction, however, will be expected to make decisions and be forward thinking without handholding.
This postion will require, at times, not often to cover a bar or floor shift in the event of a staff shortage. This rarely happens however one must be comfortable filling in when needed.
Candidates should have extensive fine dining experience and the ability to comfortably handle casual intereactions as well.
