Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
- Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage vendor relationships and secure favorable terms.
