YOUR EXPRESS SOLUTIONS Is Currently looking for a Human Resource Administrator to join our team! If you are detail orientated, friendly, reliable and driven then we want you!
This position will work in North Kansas City, Monday - Friday, 20-30 hours per week (Opportunity for more hours may be available as business needs)
Job Duties will Include:
· Assist our recruiters to source candidates, interviewing candidates and updating our database
· Extend offers to prospective employees
· Act as a consultant to new employees through the onboarding process
· Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information
· Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
· Assist existing employees with request and questions
· Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies); filing etc.
· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
· Review time cards on a weekly basis
· Assist in payroll duties
· Assist in onboarding employees to the benefits portal
· Manage the distribution and order of company uniforms
· Other Administrative and HR task as needed
