Position will oversee two locations - Delray Beach & Promenade at Coconut Creek

Responsibilities:
- leader of the Sales culture in the Studio
- Achieve personal and studio sales goals
- Train & Develop Front Desk & Stylist Teams
- Assists Area Director in studio performance including customer satisfaction, achievement of active membership goals & retail sales goals, operational excellence, employee engagement, compliance Studio policies and procedures.
- Acts as Studio Manager in the absence of the Area Director.
- Facilitates front desk team new hire training and onboarding.
- Role models positivity and sets the tone for a collaborative, highly engaged, motivated Studio culture.
- Lead Social Media.
- Reports directly to Area Director.
Qualifications:
5 or more years supervising others in a selling environment.
Salon or Spa , Cosmetics, wax spa, massage spa experience is a plus,
Mindbody Software experience is a plus. weekends are required. No schedule restrictions.
