Scheduling Coordinator
Amaris Home Health Care’s mission is to help individuals of all ages reach their ideal state of function and independence in the peace and comfort of their own homes. We strive to provide our clients with the highest quality of care delivered with compassion and dedication. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior ClearCare and Axxess experience.
The Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining the schedules of company employees, all of whom work flexible shifts. The Scheduler's responsibilities include:
·Matching client schedules with compatible caregivers
·Assuring that the schedule is current and up to date at any given time
·Fill in for caregivers when there is no one else available
·Follow up with clients, family members, and caregivers when needed
·Office and clerical activities as directed
·Communicate care plans/changes when necessary
·Communicate with new hires, for availability and staffing needs
·Support and assist other office staff as needed
·Any other duty requested to maintain the operations of the business including caregiving duties
Qualifications:
·Prior EMR experience, particularly with ClearCare and Axxess
·Thorough knowledge of caregiver responsibilities
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - oral, conversational, telephone, and written
·Able to read and understand large numbers of caregiver reports
·Able to read and understand personal care plans for each of their clients
·Able to assess caregivers' skills, personalities, and interests sufficiently to provide input on good client/caregiver matches
·Demonstrate professionalism and responsiveness with prospective clients and others who may communicate with the agency
·Able to communicate effectively with caregivers, as well as the Administrator, and other management personnel as appropriate
·Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
·Valid state Driver’s License with reliable transportation

Benefits:
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/hour
