We are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our acclaimed public house and whisky bar. We seek highly motivated, passionate and detail oriented individuals who value communication.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year management in a full-service restaurant.
• Must be creative, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of the industry, health and safety regulations, and TIPS Certification.
• Ability to make the hard decisions quickly in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Provide scheduling for our superb team of servers, bar staff and auxiliary.
• Ensure guests are receiving friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience with us.
• Exude professionalism, warmth and sincerity towards fellow partners, guests, vendors, etc.
• Resolve service issues and guest complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure opening duties, closing duties and procedures are being fulfilled and followed.
• Assist Chef in communicating daily focus and feedback to service team.
• Manage the recruitment and departures of front of house staff
• Oversee the training of new employees.

Assist with managing labor costs and product waste.
