The Project Manager will be responsible for direction and management of all aspects of this lawn care Grounds Maintenance and Pest Control Services contract including overall contract performance. This position is the single point of contact empowered with the authority to manage all aspects of this contract.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule and record all services to meet contract requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and maintenance work performed.
• Will perform routine and random inspections of completed services to ensure customer satisfaction. Inspect all operations to ensure quality control and contract compliance
• Manage, train and develop all employees in the department. Enforce all company policies and safety regulations.
• Design and implement training and development programs based on needs of department as well as presenting Annex specific training programs.
• Provide budget and capital equipment requirements to Manager, Contracts and Base Services as required.
• Develop a monthly and annual work plan which identifies goals and expected accomplishments.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ensures that the quality of services meets established guidelines by inspecting the work of personnel and directing corrective measures to be taken when necessary to meet those guidelines.
• Develops an effective team of personnel by instructing all employees in the proper methods and use of materials and equipment for safe and efficient work performance, evaluating individual performances to meet established standards, providing require performance evaluations on personnel and making recommendations regarding the retention of new employees.
