Position Overview:
Craft Machine is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in industrial manufacturing management to lead and coordinate various projects within our organization. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing project lifecycles, managing resources effectively, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in alignment with industrial manufacturing standards and practices. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams to execute projects within the industrial manufacturing sector, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders, considering manufacturing processes and operational requirements
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed to maintain project momentum
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to allocate resources, manage dependencies, and address any manufacturing-related challenges
- Communicate project status updates, milestones, and deliverables effectively to stakeholders and senior management, fostering transparency and alignment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, business administration, or related field
- Proven experience in project management within the industrial manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably JobBOSS, for managing manufacturing operations and tracking project progress
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with experience in Agile or Lean principles preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value in industrial manufacturing environments
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credentials desired
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to navigate industrial manufacturing facilities and operational environments
- Stamina to work in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, occasionally requiring extended periods of standing or walking
- Visual acuity and attention to detail for reviewing manufacturing processes and project documentation
