Robet Half is partnering with a growing financial services client on a HRIS and Analysis Administrator opening. This is a great role for someone looking for a company that offers flexibility and a great place to work. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making. The candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and analytics, coupled with a comprehensive knowledge of the UKG platform. The HRIS and Analysis Administrator's responsibilities will include:

HRIS Management:

  • Administer and maintain the People HRIS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any system issues.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

UKG Expertise:

  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of UKG to configure, customize, and optimize the system to meet organizational requirements.
  • Stay abreast of updates and new features in UKG, implementing changes as needed to enhance system functionality.
  • Provide training and support to HR and other relevant teams on effectively utilizing the UKG platform.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze HR data reports to extract meaningful insights for decision-making.
  • Design and develop customized reports using UKG tools to meet the specific needs of various stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR data and present findings to inform strategic business decisions.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within HRIS and related workflows.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and streamline HR processes.
