alpitronic LLC is Hiring a HR Business Partner Near Charlotte, NC

The HR Business Partner will work as a member of the HR department in a rapidly changing, complex and fast-paced environment. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to clients, management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
In this role, the HR Business Partner will deliver full life-cycle HR solutions in several key areas, such as employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The HR Business Partner will also work collaboratively with all levels of management to implement HR policies, practices and procedures as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to provide internal support in all aspects of Human Resources including general employee relations questions, training, policy implementation, unemployment, and multi-state employment law compliance.
  • Ability to embrace change, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic corporate environment.
  • Skill in working harmoniously within international teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Possesses attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead DEI initiatives, surveys, corporate trainings and events and overall well-being of employees.
  • Talent Management: Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure that HR policies and practices are consistent with legal requirements and align with organizational values.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to provide insights and support decision-making. Establish and maintain department records and reports; recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency and services performed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication, both verbally and written, between HR and the business partner groups (Sales and Marketing, Production, etc)
  • Basic understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems used in the corporate environment. This includes a proficiency in standard software applications, including Windows and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field or related experience in lieu of education.
  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resource experience.
  • International experience a plus.
  • Must have broad HR expertise, strong business acumen, and be able to think big-picture and be resourceful in creating solutions.
  • Must be able to diagnose and support data-driven decision-making and have demonstrated experience leading and driving change within client groups.
  • Must possess good project management and organizational skills.Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field or related experience in lieu of education.
