```Duties:```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as you may need to assist customers in different languages
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette during all customer interactions
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
