We are looking for a personable and energetic front desk receptionist to join our TEAM - They can keep our office running smoothly by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. An ideal candidate for this position has experience working in an office, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Punctuality, attention to detail and good attendance are a must. Ultimately, a receptionist's duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes customers positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Schedule appointments, track appointment times, provide correct information to the customers and staff. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Espanol is a PLUS!

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
