Job Purpose
We are actively seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring all customer requirements and needs are met.
What we expect of you:
Serves as the primary internal representative of the organization.
Convey to the customer a sense of expertise in products, services and capabilities, and serve as an external key educator to our community and customers.
Communicate customer requirements to the support team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.

What you'll need to be successful:
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
Ability to speak to others to convey information effectively.
Desire to look for ways to help people.
Ability to understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
Critical Thinking skills using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
