Alpha Senior Concepts Suamico, a community with excellent reputation and staff longevity, is accepting applications for Lead CAREGIVER

Full time position available on AM shift, 12- hour shifts, including every other weekend and holiday.

Caregiver qualifications include:

• Record of good attendance
• CBRF Certifications
• CNA Preferred, but not required
• Medication Administration experience
• Lead or Supervisor experience a plus
• Knowledge of Alzheimer's & other forms of dementia a Plus!

Caregivers are responsible to:

• Provide personal care according to the individual service plan for each resident
• Respond to resident needs in a timely manner
• Demonstrate empathy and develop a caring rapport with residents
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and choice
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and timely
• Communicate change of condition to supervisor in a timely manner
• Build positive relationships with co-workers
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality
• Follow policies for safety and infection control and demonstrate practices to control the spread of communicable disease
• Lead Caregivers are also responsible for training new staff
