Job Description

We are looking to hire patient and reliable Personal Care Worker (PCW) Caregiver,to provide basic care and assistance with the tasks of daily living to individuals with physical or mental challenges. These tasks may include making sure that patients receive their medications on time, providing support for clients who can’t move around on their own, and helping clients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating.

Specific Caregiver duties and responsibilities include:

• Executing the client’s care plan as outlined
• Assisting clients with completing their Activities of Daily Living Skills (ADLS)
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and attending to personal care
• Helping clients with transfers, ambulation, and exercises
• Transporting clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands
• Completing daily documentation accurately and thoroughly.

Requirements for the position:

• High School Diploma, GED/HSED, or equivalent
• Minimum one-year’s caregiving experience
• Physical strength and stamina
• Commitment to health and safety
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle
• Smart Phone (iOS or Android) to access our employee portal
• WI Caregiver background check
• Two professional references.

• Temperature screenings
• Sanitizing and disinfecting cleaning procedures are in place.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
