Alpha Senior Concepts is seeking a caring and dependable person to join our team as a Hospitality Assistant. The Hospitality Assistants work collaboratively with the care staff in the delivery of daily services including dining, activities, and housekeeping.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with meal preparation, delivery, and clean-up
• Transport residents to meals and activities
• Participate with activity programs
• Perform general cleaning in common areas and help maintain a clean & orderly environment
• Assist with Resident laundry service
• Inform supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns
• Help create and maintain an environment for residents, families and guests that is customer-friendly and that values and respects the uniqueness of each individual

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS:

• Enjoys working with older adults
• Excellent attendance record

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Shifts Available:
  • 3pm-6pm (2-5 days/week)
  • Day Shift (24 hours per week)
• Pay $14.50-$16.00
