Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Execution:
• Working with the Senior Director, Human Resources, lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
2. HR and Payroll Collaboration:
• Partners with local HR to ensure accurate and up-to-date Leave of Absence administration.
• Create, document and update workflow processes.
• Improve current HR and Payroll functions leveraging the HRIS and other technologies.
3. Change Management:
• Implement change management strategies for HR initiatives, ensuringsmooth transitions and minimal disruptions to daily operations.
• Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with project implementation.
4. Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for process improvement within HR functions and recommend innovative solutions.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize data-driven insights to monitor project performance and make informed decisions.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting project milestones and outcomes.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years proven experience as an HR Project Manager
• Experience working cross-functionally to complete projects and achieve company goals.
• Experience with benefit administration preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with UKG Pro and Workforce Management preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and willingness to pitch-in as an individual contributor is essential.
• Strong PC capability (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
