Alora Laser Spa is seeking a diligent and responsible Assistant And Receptionist
Job Responsibilities:
Must be able to answer phone calls, help clients over the phone with anything they may need, and, schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments
Must be able to answer phone calls, help clients over the phone with anything they may need, and, schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments
- Prep clients for their service
- Prep and clean rooms for the clients
- Tasks include watering plants/dusting/laundry/sweeping/mopping/making the beds etc.
- Help in maintaining spa cleanliness
- Serve the client's coffee or tea and other requirements they need.
- Must be able to keep up with a busy schedule and be customer service-oriented. (Training is available.)
- Keep up with a positive environment for customers and other employees.
- Needs to be willing to work mornings and nights.
- Be able to have a flexible schedule.
- Must have experience working in cleaning/stocking/laundry/working efficiently
- Dress professionally: Must wear scrubs.
Possible shifts: Monday 9:30 Am to 7:30 PM, Wednesday 9:30 am to 3:00 PM, Friday 9:30 am to 7:30 pm, Saturday 8:30 am to 2 pm.
