Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping operations to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling

- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of guest requests and maintenance issues

- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed

- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and effectively

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping activities

- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any repairs or maintenance needs

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

Experience:

- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting

- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, floor care, and custodial practices

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff

- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
